Concurrent calls means the total number of device that can be actively using the hosted PBX system at the same time.
So if you have an 8 Concurrent call PBX system, you can have a total of 8 people on phone calls (incoming and / or out going) at the same time.
The call will be unable to reach your phone system and will provide a busy call tone. It is important to know that concurrent calls include any caller currently sitting on hold or in call parking. Allowing for a slightly larger concurrent call limit is always recommended.
Yes. Clients are able to upgrade to a more appropriate concurrent call system during their contract term
