I have just had 3 FireNet connections installed and can't rate these guys high enough. The support and service they give is exceptional. We were kept up to date on the progress of all installs and the provisioning team made sure everything was configured to ourrequirements. Highly recommended.

We recently installed a FireNet fibre service into our Brisbane office. I can't speak highly enough of the people at FireNet. They kept us updated on the installation along the way and helped us migrate from our old internet service.

How Does nbn™ EE Work?

Critical Information Summarynbn™ Enterprise Ethernet - Key Facts

Get in touch with us

Important things you need to know

How fast is nbn™ enterprise ethernet?

nbn™ Enterprise Ethernet offers speeds ranging from 10 Mbps to 1 Gbps, depending on the service level and location.

How long does installation take?

nbn™ EE requires dedicated fibre to be installed at a client's premises. This generally takes around 60 business days, depending on the location and the complexity of the installation.

What are the minimum available contract terms?

12, 24 or 36 month contract terms are available.

Can I upgrade the speed of my nbn™ Enterprise Ethernet service?

Yes. One of the many benefits of choosing nbn™ Enterprise Ethernet is that the service is delivered using fibre. This means that we have the necessary infrastructure to upgrade your internet service anywhere up to 1Gbps/1Gbps.

What hardware do I need for business nbn®?

You will need a router that is capable of the bandwidth throughput of your chosen connection. We can provide a managed router, or you can also bring your own device.

What is low and high COS?

nbn™ Enterprise Ethernet supports two CoS (Class of Service) levels. These are referred to as Low and High. Low CoS delivers traffic as Excess Information Rate (EIR) and as such is delivered as “best effort” only with no guarantee. High CoS however, delivers traffic with a Committed 1:1 Information Rate (CIR) and is best for companies needing guaranteed bandwidth for time-sensitive services such as voice, video conferencing, and databases.
